The bathroom has a sink and toilet in blue/white, also the special shower on the 1.st floor takes you on a fantasy underwater world with ceramic fishmosaik handmaded.

A staircase vault, modeled cliffs, leads into the bedroom of the Villa Warka, here is the double-bunk bed with a view to the Psiloritis-mountain and Pitsidia, from here you get to the bow deck and may participate in the reeling hold and take your sunbathing. Many nice details are found in this bedroom, let us surprise you!
Near the house you have your own 20m2 large terrace for nice barbecues and much more.

The Villas Paradisos, Villa Agapi, and Villa Warka are placed on a quiet plot at the outskirts of Pitsidia. You will reach in
5 minutes the village square, called "Platia". There are restaurants and cafés (Kafenion) also small minimarkets and as well a butcher, for your BBQ.
