This
double holiday house built of
natural stone in Sivas consists of
Chelidoni I and II. The houses boast an
interior court, a quiet location in the middle of the village,
interior design unique to every part of the house,
bathtubs, fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bedrooms. Also,
each terrace has its own character. Our beautiful House Chelidoni was originally built in
1936 and
completely renovated in August 2002.
This Cretan village house consists of
two separate apartments of 70m2 floor space each. It is possible to rent the apartments
separately for a maximum of 4 persons each, or the whole house for a maximum of 8 persons. For little guests we can provide a
children’s bed free of charge. The
windows are triple glazed and the
upper sleeping areas are equipped with
air conditioning. The interior court cannot be viewed from outside the house and provides a
swing for children, a play corner, barbecue, communal terrace, table and chairs as well as
beautiful plants everywhere.
House Chelidoni I:
From the entrance you turn left into the impressive bathroom with Minoan-style stone bathtub, toilet and wash basin. Hair dryer and electric heater are available. You then reach the large open-plan kitchen and living room which is supplied with coffee percolator, kettle, gas oven and hob, cooker hood, large fridge-freezer, dining table, a stone bed and a wooden bed (both single). Wooden stairs lead to the airy and beautiful bedroom with a double bed made from reclaimed electricity masts, a wardrobe, air conditioning unit and a wooden chest . A few steps lead to the 10m2 roofed terrace with views of Sivas, and is furnished with a table and chairs.
