House Sivas:

A cozy stone house dating from the 19th Century, you can participate in the Cretan home decor, you will discover a traditional live with comfort in the beautiful village of Sivas, where you can witness reel yet traditions and culture.
The house was founded in 1996 turned into a residential house with European standards, and renovated again in 2009, be we can have this little oasis in the south offering a special holiday.

The house is built of stone in Sivas, it is approximately 80m2 in size and it can be occupied by 4 persons. It has a small courtyard garden and a porch to the kitchen door is open. A cozy sitting area with Cretan sofa, table and chairs can be found under the big mulberry tree of donating your shadow.
They come into the bright modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine, the old Cretan fireplace was converted into a kitchen cabinet. The charm of the Cretan stone house in the Arts, runs through every living area. The newly grown bathroom has a tub, sink and toilet and a washing machine. From the kitchen you enter the large living room where we have set out in the cozy sitting area and a single bed. From the living room you enter the spacious bedrooms on the first floor overlooking the Psiloritis and on your terrace overlooking the village. Well maintained wooden floor here is orginal and thus about 100 years old. The bedroom has a double bed and another single bed, wardrobe and air conditioning are available. Sivas house is single, has closed its private sector, and yet you live centrally and can reach all locations relaxing walk.
